About Your Liaisons

Founded in 2024 by Victoria McLaughlin and Elizabeth Falzetta, Liaise Matchmaking was born out of a passion for helping people find meaningful relationships. 

Victoria McLaughlin is an attorney with over ten years of experience in family law. She began her career litigating cases in LA, and in 2020 opened her own firm in Manhattan Beach to specialize in mediation and collaborative divorces. As a family law attorney, she has witnessed countless relationship begin (prenups) and end. She has seen it all in terms of why relationships may not last. With this perspective, she is excited to help Liaise clients find their person. An ardent networker, Victoria has spent years building relationships with women across the LA area whether through UC Davis alumni groups, attorney networking events, or making new friends at a gym or a bar. She brings those connections, and many more to come, to the Liaise network.

Victoria is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA) and the Board of Trustees of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA). She served on the Executive Committee of the LACBA Barristers Section for years, last holding the position of President-Elect, and frequently contributes to LA Lawyer Magazine. She is currently an active member of Sandpipers, a volunteer organization dedicated to serving the needs of the South Bay community through charitable and philanthropic programs.

If she is not working or volunteering, you can find Victoria on her yoga mat, in a workout class, or walking the strand. She loves being active, and has been a distance-runner her whole life. She lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband Alex, children Max and Stella, and dog Barker.

Elizabeth Falzetta has owned and operated a successful digital marketing company for 12 years. After years of working at a private equity firm, Elizabeth decided to strike out on her own to pursue a career in fashion. 

She began as a wardrobe stylist on sets for music videos and magazine shoots, before turning her focus to fashion, beauty and lifestyle marketing. Over the past 12 years, Elizabeth has executed countless successful marketing campaigns for small businesses, and fortune 500 companies, where she has served as creative director, lead stylist and face of the campaign. 

When Elizabeth isn’t traveling the world with her family, she is at home in Manhattan Beach, with her husband, Frank, daughter Isabella, and stepson Ethan. In her spare time, she loves volunteering to help local community members in need, trying new recipes, chasing her toddler at the park, and going for long walks at the beach. 

Elizabeth has been setting her friends up on dates for as long as she can remember, so being a matchmaker seemed like the next natural step.
